How long until I get my order?

I am a one woman business, so it can take me a little longer to get orders out. My processing time is 2-14 days. If you need your order sooner please email me.

Where’s my package?

You should receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Check your junk mail!

What’s included in my package?

Your crystals (obviously). I also include candy, incense, and a business card. Let me know if you wouldn’t like any of these included.

What is an open box?

The purpose of an open box is to save money on shipping between live sales and minimize shipments to you. You still pay for your claims every live, but I hold them until they’re ready to ship. Use code OPENBOX at checkout to keep an open box!

How can I close my open box?

If you’re making a purchase, leave me a note you want to close your box and pay for shipping. If you want to close without making a purchase, please email/message me so I can make you a listing for shipping.

Is all your jewelry 925 sterling silver?

Yes! Unless otherwise stated, I only get sterling silver jewelry. For gold, they are usually gold plated sterling silver.

Are your crystals genuine?

Yes of course! I don’t gravitate towards any manmade crystals, but if I do it will be explicitly said.

I’m new to crystals what should I get?

I recommend a mystery box and let me know you’re a beginner and I can curate a perfect selection for you.

What do crystals do?

Some believe that crystals hold metaphysical properties. Whatever intention you want to put forth in your crystals is up to you. It’s also totally okay just to think they’re pretty!
